Role Description The Warehouse Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role involves receiving, checking, and organizing incoming goods, as well as picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards. The Warehouse Assistant will help maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock counts, and support inventory movement and replenishment. Daily tasks include operating warehouse equipment where required, keeping the work area clean and safe, and coordinating with colleagues to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in packing and order preparation to ensure goods are packed securely and accurately.
• Candidates should possess inventory control and inventory management skills to support stock accuracy and efficient warehouse operations.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior warehouse or logistics experience, understanding of safety procedures, basic computer literacy for inventory systems, and the ability to lift and move goods safely.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
