Full Time Fundraising - Donor Management Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,300 in Food From The Heart Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

This role is responsible for driving and managing individual fundraising initiatives across digital platforms and campaigns. The Executive will take ownership of individual giving channels, including partnerships with third-party platforms and vendors, and develop campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. The role supports the organization’s broader fundraising strategy through events, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, and helps the charity meet its overall fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities:
individual Giving & Campaign Management

• Manage all individual donation platforms, including Giving.sg and relevant third-party platforms or partners, ensuring optimization of donation flows, content, and performance
• Work with external vendors and third-party partners to develop, execute, and scale individual giving initiatives
• Conceptualize and execute individual fundraising campaigns not tied to events or food donation drives, in collaboration with the marketing team
• Monitor campaign performance, donor behavior, and conversion metrics, with recommendations for improvement
• Ensure chatbot responses on the website are accurate, relevant, and aligned with fundraising objectives

Fundraising Strategy & Reporting

• Support the development and execution of fundraising strategies, with a focus on individual donors and external partnership channels
• Play a key role in contributing to and supporting the achievement of the organization’s overall fundraising targets
• Prepare monthly fundraising reports and contribute to Board papers with clear data insights and updates
• Maintain accurate tracking of donations, donor records, and reporting timelines

Events & Donor Engagement

• Support and participate in key fundraising events, including Passion Ball, Charity Golf Tournament, Brand Ambassadors and Volunteer Appreciation initiatives
• Operate within a matrix structure for events, reporting to designated event or project leads where required
• Manage donor communications, follow-ups, and engagement across fundraising activities
• Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, donor correspondence, and campaign collaterals

Operations & Compliance

• Apply for and manage permits for public fundraising activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct morning briefings when required to align internal teams on fundraising activities and priorities
• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between fundraising, marketing, and operations

General

• Support ad hoc fundraising and organizational initiatives as assigned

Required Qualifications

1. Min GCE O' level or equivalent

2. 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
