Job Description & Requirements
- Assist the project managers/Planning & Engineering Department in all aspects of project management related works.
- Understudy and understand the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work program.
- Liaise with material suppliers for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with main contractors.
- Handling of technical and engineering problems/Graph Drawing if needed.
- Prepare reports and method statements following requirements by main contractors and project owners.
- Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safe.
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or construction related major
- Able to work at site
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Competent with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Proficient in AUTOCAD
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision
- Strong initiative and resourcefulness
