Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide beauty services such as eyebrow shaping, waxing, threading, and other beauty treatments where applicable.
  • Ensure customer comfort, satisfaction, and professionalism throughout each treatment session.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, products, machines, and materials before each session.
  • Promote and upsell treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
  • Maintain customer records and treatment histories accurately.
  • Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service protocols.
