Plan and organize cleaning workflows to optimize resource use and operational efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
Experience supervising cleaning operations or housekeeping teams
Ability to plan work schedules and coordinate activities across multiple sites
Skills in conducting site inspections and maintaining cleaning standards
Strong communication and customer service skills
