Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across Malaysia.
• Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities.
• Expand and strengthen the existing customer portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate effectively with customers.
• Respond promptly to customer requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Take ownership of business decisions and resolve customer/market-related challenges.
• Develop and execute a strategic approach for market expansion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Flexible Packaging or FMCG.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, and commercially driven approach.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good understanding of the Malaysia/Singapore market.
• Willingness to travel as required for business development.
