About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join the team and develop scalable AI solutions using Python, LLMs, NLP, cloud technologies, and modern AI engineering practices.

You will be involved in building, evaluating, deploying, and monitoring AI/LLM solutions while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI and machine learning solutions using Python.
• Design and implement LLM, NLP, and semantic-model-based solutions.
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs, including assessing model quality, performance, and failure modes.
• Build automated AI pipelines covering training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop and integrate LLM-based applications and REST APIs.
• Work with cloud platforms, containers, and scalable AI/data architectures.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AI workloads.
• Work with large-scale data processing technologies such as Apache Spark.
• Support GPU orchestration and optimize AI infrastructure and computing costs.
• Develop solutions involving RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Apply appropriate AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and incorporate relevant advancements into solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or semantic models.
• Experience developing and integrating AI/LLM solutions.
• Strong understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with REST APIs and backend integration.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms.
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with scalable data and AI architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build robust, reliable, and maintainable software.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
