Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Help gather data and update spreadsheets for budget tracking and financial models.
• Accounting Support: Process invoices, check expense reimbursements, and handle petty cash or payment vouchers.
• Reconciliation: Help match bank statements and check accounts payable or receivable.
• Data Analysis: Review financial numbers to find trends, risks, or cost-saving ideas.
• Auditing: Organize financial records and provide backup documents for internal and external audits.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Software Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Analytical Skills: Good with numbers and detail-oriented.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Work Ethic: Eager to learn, reliable, and able to work in a team.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
