Position Summary:

We are looking for a strong, accountable, and hands-on senior leader to take overall responsibility for our Sales, Marketing, and Production functions . Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a pivotal management role for an executive who can drive top-line business growth, align cross-functional teams, and ensure that commercial demand is successfully converted into profitable, high-quality, and well-executed operational results.

The Role in One Sentence:

Create demand, convert demand into sales, and ensure those sales are successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Growth: Drive group sales performance, achieve revenue targets, and maximize profitability.

• Brand Strategy: Lead the marketing team to generate high-quality demand, support sales pipelines, and strengthen the company’s brand equity.

• Operations & Production: Oversee production capacity, manpower planning, project scheduling, quality control, and timely delivery.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Bridge the gap between Sales, Marketing, and Production to ensure seamless end-to-end business execution.

• Performance & Quality Management: Monitor customer satisfaction, identify performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement plans in line with ISO 9001/14001 standards.

• People Leadership: Build, coach, and mentor high-performing teams across all respective departments.

• Executive Reporting: Provide regular performance data, strategic updates, and corrective action plans to Top Management.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 10 years of credible career experience in a senior commercial or operational leadership role.

• Education: A recognized Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• Industry Background: Proven experience in building materials, renovation, home improvement, manufacturing, project sales, construction, or related service-based businesses is highly advantageous.

• Skillset: A powerful blend of commercial drive (revenue growth) and operational execution (production/delivery).

• Leadership Style: Hands-on, accountable, with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
