Job Description
Responsibilities
- Client Management: Visit customers regularly to build strong relationships, understand their technical needs, and update them on new product information.
- Sales Execution: Handle customer esquires, prepare technical quotations, and proactively follow up to negotiate and close sales.
- Business Development: Prepare and implement strategic sales plans to meet target KPIs while exploring new markets and identifying potential accounts.
- Operations Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal teams and external suppliers regarding customer orders, technical servicing, and installation schedules.
- Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively while following up on payment collections for outstanding invoices.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Sales Manager, flagging critical issues for discussion.
