Full Time ACMV Drafter (Commercial Office Fit-Out - M-E) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in ATLAZ PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Our client, an award-winning commercial interior design-and-build company, for an experienced ACMV Drafter to support its growing portfolio of workplace renovation and fit-out projects.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong AutoCAD drafting skills, practical knowledge of office ACMV systems and the ability to coordinate confidently across multiple projects.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare ACMV design layouts, shop drawings, equipment schedules and technical drawings.
• Perform cooling-load calculations and assist with equipment sizing.
• Prepare and coordinate M&E Combined Services Drawings to identify and resolve service clashes.
• Update drawings based on project requirements, site conditions and design revisions.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements to verify installation conditions.
• Prepare material take-offs and assist with quotations, cost estimates and variation claims.
• Provide technical and drafting support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare technical submissions, method statements, inspection records and testing-and-commissioning documents.
• Update ACMV and CSD as-built drawings upon project completion.

Requirements :

• Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering or a related field.
• Having 2 years of relevant ACMV drafting or design experience.
• Strong AutoCAD skills, particularly in preparing ACMV drawings.
• Good knowledge of ACMV systems used in commercial offices.
• Ability to perform cooling-load calculations and equipment sizing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• Able to prioritise tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder-coordination skills.
