Full Time Senior Payroll Specialist (US Payroll) Jobs, in Principle Partners MY Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist on behalf of our client. This role will primarily focus on US payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• US payroll processing: Handle multi‑state payroll, statutory submissions, and compliance with US regulations.
• Cross‑border coordination: Work with regional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Audit & reporting: Support audits, reconciliations, and provide payroll documentation.
• System improvements: Assist in reviewing and implementing payroll process enhancements.

Key Requirements:

• 8–10 years of payroll experience, ideally in MNCs or shared service centers.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll practices and exposure to multi‑currency payroll.
• High attention to detail, discretion with sensitive data, and proficiency in Excel/payroll software.
• Independent, adaptable, and able to collaborate across borders.
