Our ethos is Intelligence.Connected.
We stand for something different in the media agency landscape. We reject the notion media is purely about size and scale – instead, our model is grounded in strategic planning.
PHD was launched in London by David Pattison, Nick Horswell and Jonathan Durden (the P, H and D in PHD) as the first planning-led media agency in 1990. We quickly gained recognition for being the world’s most forward thinking strategically led media agency.
We established PHD Singapore in 2003 and quickly grew to now approx. 100 staff.
With an ever-growing list of high-profile clients, today PHD is one of the most acclaimed media and communication agency networks. We are the 2nd most awarded Media Agency Network in the world, according to the 2018 Gunn Media 100 report. Our offices around the world are recognised, too – from PHD US being named Media Agency of the Year 2017 by Ad Age, to our founding office in the UK making it on to the Sunday Times ‘Best Company to work for’ list for four consecutive years.
Our culture is underpinned by our values of Collaboration, Curiosity and Courage. We substantially invest in our people and nurture a positive and supportive environment for all.
Career progression is at the core of our People agenda, as such we offer a comprehensive development program as well as training for staff at all levels and a number of tailored learning opportunities.
PHD supports a healthy, fun and balanced culture through our many initiatives – Make your personal leap and apply to find out how you can be part of this challenger agency network.
