Full Time Safety Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in United Vehicles Industries Selangor - Maukerja

Job Function

• Ensure all Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) activities comply with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Implement and maintain SHE procedures, policies, and management systems, including ISO 45001 and Safety Shop Floor Management (S-SFM).
• Identify and assess workplace hazards and ensure appropriate safety measures are implemented.
• Conduct SHE inspections, monitoring, internal audits, and external audits as required.
• Manage and monitor Industrial Effluent Treatment System (Physical Chemical Processes) in compliance with environmental requirements.
• Liaise with Department of Environment (DOE), government authorities, and external parties on SHE and environmental matters.
• Coordinate and conduct SHE training, safety awareness programs, and improvement activities for employees.
• Maintain proper SHE documentation, records, reports, and monitoring systems.
• Provide SHE advice and support to departments to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
• Participate in company improvement activities such as 5S, TPM, Kaizen, ICC, and other activities assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in SHE, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Must possess a valid competency certification as a Safety Coordinator.
• Must possess a valid competency certification as a Certified Environmental Professional in the Operation of Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems (Physical Chemical Processes).
• Good knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) and environmental regulations.
• Familiar with ISO 45001, workplace safety inspection, risk assessment, hazard identification, and safety audits.
• Experience in handling industrial effluent treatment systems and environmental compliance.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prepare SHE reports, documentation, records, and monitoring reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments and external parties.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
