Full Time Commis Cook - Central Kitchen (Pastry) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 1,800 in WHOLESOME CHOICE CONCEPT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Working location: Central Kitchen (Tai Seng)

• Working hours: Monday - Friday

Roles & Responsibility

1.     Thorough knowledge of menu items and/or food products and the standard preparation methods according to the SOP.

2.     Prepare and cook in accordance to the production schedule or as instructed by the superior.

3.     Cook and prepare items in a timely manner.  

4.     Monitor the production of food items to ensure compliance with the recipes and specifications

7.     Ensure all food and other items are stored properly at appropriate temperatures.

8.     Check proper quantity, quality and expiry date of received goods in accordance to the company’s guideline.

10.  Assist to monitor stock level.

11.  Ensure good personal hygiene, proper sanitation and cleanliness of work area and kitchen tools.

12.  Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.

Requirement:

• At least 1-2 years of kitchen experience

• Good knowledge of food handling, food preparation and cooking procedures for a specific station

• Ability to maintain high levels of hygiene and order in work area including chiller and freezer.

• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene regulations and following company quality standards.

• Graduated with a Diploma in pastry & bakery will be advantages
