The Security Associate is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and visitors. This role supports the protection of hotel property and assets by conducting security patrols, monitoring access points, and responding promptly to security and safety incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine security patrols of hotel premises.
• Monitor access points, CCTV, and security systems.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest assistance requests.
• Prepare incident and daily security reports.
• Enforce hotel safety and security procedures.
• Protect hotel assets and prevent unauthorized access.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Prior security or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to respond to emergencies.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
