Position Title: Site Engineer (Residential & Renovation)
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Support landed house, A&A, and luxury home renovation projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Coordinate daily site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, workers, materials, and deliveries.
Conduct site measurements, inspections, mark-ups, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings, resolve issues, and support site meetings and inspections.
Maintain site documentation, progress reports, submissions, and handover records.

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant site experience in residential/landed/A&A/renovation projects preferred.
Able to read drawings, coordinate across multiple trades, and manage basic site documentation (RFIs, inspections, progress tracking).
Knowledge of local safety practices and quality standards is an advantage.
