• Conduct Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments (CGA) and provide hands-on nursing care across both clinic and home-care settings.

• Manage complex geriatric cases and act as the clinical escalation point for the nursing team.
• Coordinate patient care across doctors, nurses, caregivers and other healthcare professionals.
• Oversee daily clinic nursing operations, including medications, medical supplies and equipment.
• Support the development and improvement of geriatric, community and home-care nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control standards and relevant nursing guidelines.
• Provide education and support to elderly patients, caregivers and family members.
