Full Time Import-Export Shipping Executive Jobs, salary up to SGD 4,000 in Toyopower Global Pte Ltd Tai Seng - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage daily import and export operations, including shipment coordination, booking, and document preparation.

- Prepare and verify all trade documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.)

-Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and internal company policies.

-Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to monitor shipment schedules and resolve operational issues.

-Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely submission of all traderelated documentation.

- Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to align shipment timelines with business requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness.

- Manage import and export shipments to and from Malaysia, including permit declarations, Certificate of Origin applications, customs clearance, and compliance with relevant regulations and authorities' requirements.

- Experience in using ERP systems, Navision system, is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
