Business Development Executive – Construction & BIM Solutions

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of our Construction & BIM Solutions business in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, email and networking.
• Generate new leads and schedule client meetings.
• Build relationships with construction, engineering, architecture and MEP companies.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment/BIM team.
• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and achieve monthly activity and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
• Experience in construction, engineering, recruitment, manpower, BIM or technical services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident with cold calling and client outreach.
• Target-oriented, energetic and willing to learn.
• Singapore market experience is a plus.

Salary: Competitive + Attractive Commission

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
