• Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage service crew to maintain efficiency and teamwork
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are followed at all times
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Assist in staff training and onboarding of new employees
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for inventory replenishment
• Ensure outlet cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment

More:

• Minimum 1–3 years working experience F&B operations required
• Leadership experience preferred (Team Lead / Supervisor)
• Fast-paced working environment
