Full Time HSE Inspector Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in Wasco Process Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a HSE Inspector who is passionate about workplace safety and enjoys being hands-on with project and factory activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain practical HSE experience while working closely with project teams, workers and clients.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor daily project and factory activities to ensure work is carried out safely and in compliance with client HSE requirements and company standards.
• Be the key point of contact for day-to-day HSE matters and client requests, ensuring their requirements are attended to promptly.
• Conduct daily site/factory safety inspections and identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and potential hazards.
• Conduct and participate in daily pre-task and toolbox meetings, ensuring workers understand the required safety precautions before starting work.
• Monitor compliance with PPE, safe work practices, permit requirements and other HSE controls.
• Follow up on safety observations, non-compliance and corrective actions to ensure issues are properly addressed.
• Support project teams in maintaining a safe working environment throughout project execution.
• Assist with client inspections, HSE audits and site visits.
• Prepare daily inspection records, HSE reports and other safety documentation.
• Work closely with production, project and operations teams to ensure client HSE requirements are consistently met.
• Support other HSE activities and initiatives as assigned.
• Weekend or extended working hours may be required depending on project and client requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• SPM or equivalent.
• Safety Supervisor certification or relevant safety qualification is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and HSE practices.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, fabrication, construction or manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and able to communicate with workers, supervisors and clients.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to be hands-on on the factory floor and project site.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends when required by project or client requirements.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
