The Sales Support Executive provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth sales processes, accurate documentation, and timely customer communication. This role plays a key part in improving sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and sales operations

• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales orders, invoices, and contracts

• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and CRM systems

• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure order fulfilment

• Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze sales data

• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support

• Support lead management, order processing, and documentation

• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures

• Assist in preparing presentations, sales materials, and reports

• Monitor order status and resolve issues in coordination with relevant teams

What you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Proven experience in sales support, sales administration, or a similar role

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
