Service Team — Hall Server to Captain — Korean Drinks & Casual Dining Bar Keong Saik, Singapore | SGD 3,000–3,200.00 | Opening: Third Week September 2026

About Us

We are a new concept restaurant & bar opening in the heart of Keong Saik, centered around Korean traditional drinks — makgeolli, wine, and cocktails — paired with casual dining. We bring a considered, convivial approach to Korean drinking culture in a relaxed, modern setting.

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Hall Servers and Captains to join our front-of-house team from day one. You will be part of the face of the floor — delivering warm, attentive service and helping create a memorable guest experience at every table.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks Maintain floor and table standards throughout service Guide guests through the menu, including our Korean drinks selection Support smooth table turnover and seating flow Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service Assist with basic guest requests and escalate issues to management when needed Captain-level candidates: lead a section, mentor junior servers, and support daily briefings

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year F&B service experience (Captain role: 1+ years, with section leadership experience preferred) Team player with a positive, guest-first attitude Good communication skills Passion for food & beverage culture Knowledge of Korean cuisine or drinks culture is a plus — Preferred Korean Nationality
