Full Time Trading Executive – Oil - Gas Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan ASK Resources Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Description

• Coordinate commercial activities between buyers, suppliers and customers for spot and long-term transactions.
• Support negotiation and finalisation of pricing, contract terms and commercial requirements.
• Manage trade documentation, approvals, purchase orders and contracts within required timelines.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams on vessel bookings, shipment schedules, cargo readiness and deliveries.
• Monitor commodity prices, freight markets and supply-demand trends to support commercial decisions.
• Liaise with Finance, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth trade execution.
• Resolve shipment, documentation and operational issues to minimise delays and supply risks.
• Support trade settlement activities, customer credit checks and payment requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Logistics, Oil & Gas or related field
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in oil & gas, commodity trading, commercial, procurement, logistics or trade operations
• Experience with international shipments, vessel bookings, cargo movements or trade documentation is an advantage
• Good understanding of commercial transactions, contracts and supply chain processes
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage

Job summary

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
