Job Title: Admin Executive (Funeral & Bereavement Industry)

Salary: SGD 2,300 to SGD2,800 / month

We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin Executive to support our daily operations in the funeral and bereavement industry. Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare invoices and quotations
• Record and update daily operation work
• Perform data entry and filing
• Coordinate with the operations team
• Attend to customer enquiries (phone, email, walk-in)
• Assist customers with product information and purchases
• Help retrieve goods from the warehouse when the storeman is unavailable
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Assist with retrieving goods from the warehouse when required

Working Hours

• 6-day work week
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating rest day (no fixed off day)
• Required to work on weekends and Public Holidays
• Replacement day off (off-in-lieu) will be provided for work on Public Holidays

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel & Word)
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in administration is preferred, but not compulsory (training will be provided)
• Comfortable working in the funeral and bereavement industry
