About the Roles

Join our team as a Marketing Executive in Kallang, supporting B2B marketing initiatives within the Industrial Automation & Factory Automation Solutions industry. This permanent role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:15am to 5:30pm, with a competitive package of basic salary up to $4,600, incentive, performance bonus, and AWS.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and deliver B2B marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and sales enablement programmes.
• Research market trends and uncover potential business opportunities across targeted industries.
• Maintain and enhance CRM databases to support customer engagement and business growth.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Analyse marketing and sales data to identify performance trends and potential growth areas.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to support sales planning and business decisions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen lead conversion and overall performance.
• Utilise tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, and internal systems for reporting and analysis.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Have 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to B2B marketing and lead generation.
• Demonstrate experience in executing campaigns and supporting sales initiatives.
• Proficient in Excel, with knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Power Automate being advantageous.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
