Full Time Operations Analyst Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,800 in TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for an analytical and hands-on Operations Excellence & Data Analytics Specialist to support operational performance, process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday
  

Job Responsibilities

• Manage operational KPIs, scorecards and performance reporting, identifying gaps and improvement areas.
• Analyse operational data and trends to identify root causes and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and digitalisation using Python, RPA, PowerApps, Power Automate or other automation tools.
• Conduct process mapping and Value Stream Mapping to improve operational efficiency.
• Work with Operations, IT and customers to implement process, system and KPI improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, KPI reporting, operations improvement or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience in Python and/or R and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, RPA or other automation tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process mapping or Value Stream Mapping is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with Operations, IT and other stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
