Full Time Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition- Construction, North Region) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide HRBP team in talent acquisition and HR advisory.
• Partner with business units on manpower planning and recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Drive employer branding, candidate experience and recruitment improvements.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, hiring timelines and costs.
• Support HR operations and employee lifecycle matters, including work passes, onboarding, benefits, performance, retention and employee relations.
• Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs and compliance practices.
• Coach and develop HR team members.
• Lead HR digitalisation and automation projects to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in Talent Acquisition and HRBP.
• Experience supervising/coaching HR team members.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, independent, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR systems and recruitment platforms.
