Japanese-Speaking Finance Analyst (P2P / O2C / R2R)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary Package

RM9,000 - RM13,000 per month (inclusive of language allowance)

Procure to Pay (P2P) Analyst

Order to Cash (O2C) Analyst

Record to Report (R2R) Analyst

Procure to Pay (P2P) Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Process and code invoices in the Accounts Payable system.
• Handle inventory and non-inventory invoices, PO and non-PO invoices, debit/credit notes, and intercompany invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing in accordance with company policies.
• Support month-end closing and reconciliation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (required for Employment Pass application).
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience using accounting systems.
• English proficiency of CEFR B1 or above.
• SAP and/or Oracle experience is an advantage.
• Japanese: JLPT N2 level or above (Business Proficiency)

Order to Cash (O2C) Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable collections and overdue accounts.
• Resolve customer billing disputes and payment issues.
• Conduct outbound collection calls while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Analyze and address causes of payment delays.
• Monitor assigned accounts and collection reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (required for Employment Pass application).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of accounting systems.
• SAP and/or Oracle experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency of CEFR B1 or above.
• Japanese: JLPT N2 level or above (Business Proficiency)

Record to Report (R2R) Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare journal entries and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within the RTR function.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams on statutory reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (required for Employment Pass application).
• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of RTR or Financial Accounting experience.
• SAP and/or Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency of CEFR B1 or above.
• Japanese: JLPT N2 level or above (Business Proficiency)
