Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Psychiatrist at MCH International LLC. The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans for adolescents and adults, using secure telehealth platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting follow-up appointments, managing psychopharmacology, offering brief therapeutic interventions, and coordinating care with other healthcare and mental health providers. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards, and participating in case discussions or consultations as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Psychiatry, with the ability to integrate medical and psychiatric knowledge in patient care.
- Demonstrated experience in Psychiatric Care and Mental Health treatment, including assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing management.
- Experience or training in Adolescent Psychiatry, with skills in addressing the unique mental health needs of young people.
- Active, unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry in relevant jurisdiction(s); board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry preferred.
- Experience providing care via telehealth or willingness to learn and adapt to remote care technologies and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and person-centered care.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Compliance with all applicable privacy, safety, and professional standards; familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is beneficial.
