Full Time Business Development Exec Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in MTR Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Promote and present rehabilitation medical devices to healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, doctors, and procurement officers.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends and new product developments.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, tender documents, and other sales-related documentation.
• Support product demonstrations and coordinate with suppliers/principals when required.
• Follow up with existing clients and new prospects to drive sales growth.
• Maintain and update the customer database and sales pipeline.
• Prepare periodic sales and sales forecast reports.
• Support the achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and installation of equipment.
• Participate in exhibitions, workshops, and healthcare-related events when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Science, or any medical rehabilitation/science-related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in medical devices and rehabilitation products.
• Good communication skills and confidence in presenting to healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Possess own vehicle and a valid driving licence.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
