Fireworks Digital builds mobile apps, loyalty programs, CRM platforms and AI solutions for leading brands in Southeast Asia, including Tropicana Group, The Star, Focus Point, SOGO and Poh Kong Jewellers. We've been around for 20 years. We're AI-first, and we move fast.

THE ROLE

You'll be the right hand of our Project Manager. You'll keep client projects on track, organised and delivered on time. Fresh graduates are welcome.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Project Coordination

- Track tasks, timelines and milestones across client projects.

- Coordinate between clients, developers, designers and vendors.

- Gather and consolidate client enhancement requests and bug reports.

- Schedule and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and app releases.

- Follow up on pending items and flag delays early to the PM.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare weekly status reports and client updates.

- Keep Jira, trackers and dashboards accurate and current.

- Write meeting agendas and minutes, and chase action items.

- Maintain project files, SOPs and release records.

- Use AI to draft reports, minutes, client updates and test cases faster.

Support & Improvement

- Help handle post-launch support tickets and prioritise them.

- Suggest smarter ways of working using AI and automation tools.

- Take on ad-hoc tasks from the PM.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- MUST: Hands-on with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. You use AI daily to write, summarise, plan and speed up work.

- Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, MIS, Management or a related field.

- Organised and detail-focused. You don't let things slip.

- Clear communicator, comfortable speaking with clients.

- Able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Positive, curious and eager to learn.

- Bonus: Jira or ticketing tools, Excel or Google Sheets.

- Bonus: Internship or experience in admin, coordination or project support.
