Full Time Associate Planner Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,100 in FUJIFILM ELECTRONIC MATERIALS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

The Associate Planner support the demand forecasting process by analysing sales data, assisting in creating accurate demand forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory alignment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage replenishment planning for materials to maintain target service levels.

• Oversee inventory management by determining optimal reorder points and order quantities.

• Coordinate and maintain relationships with suppliers.

• Communicate and collaborate with relevant departments regarding shipping and distribution activities.

• Plan tanker scheduling to minimize ISO container parking time at external warehouses.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by Senior Manager, Warehouse, Demand Planner and his/her other delegates.

Minimum Educational (Formal Training, Languages, Abilities) And Experience Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or any related field.

• Internship or 1-2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory management.

Other Requirements:

• Basic understanding of demand forecasting principles and supply chain processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of SAP system.

• Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts).

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Capable of both collaborating effectively within a team and working independently.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
