Are you a hands-on IT professional looking to make a massive impact in a regional environment?

We are seeking a dedicated System Engineer to join our Regional Information Technology division. You will be operating under a strict ITIL framework alongside healthcare compliance, governance, and regulatory standards.

In this role, your primary focus will be supporting our Singapore environment, Data Centre (DC), and Disaster Recovery (DR). You will also provide vital technical support and guidance to IT peers across our 13 AMAP branches. A major, exciting project you will own is supporting our transition from an MSP-managed model to an in-house IT operating model!

What You Will Do

• Advanced Support: Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support issues across infrastructure and applications.
• Enterprise Administration: Support enterprise environments including Windows OS (server and clients), Linux, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms at scale.
• Identity Management: Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Keycloak identity platforms.
• Access Governance: Support CyberArk PAM operations, including account onboarding and access audits.
• Automation: Develop automation scripts to streamline user provisioning and system health checks.
• Endpoint Management: Manage endpoint patching, compliance, and MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune, IBM MaaS360, and Autopilot.
• MSP Transition: Actively participate in the local MSP transition under Corporate IT governance by driving knowledge transfer sessions, creating comprehensive handover documentation, and coordinating operational tasks alongside the MSP.
• Local Operations: Take hands-on ownership of local operations, including supporting the Singapore helpdesk and troubleshooting day-to-day operational issues.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience: Typically 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration roles, with demonstrated Level 2/3 capability.
• Core Systems: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SQL administration, backup systems, and Azure administration at enterprise scale.
• Identity & PAM: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Keycloak, and working knowledge of CyberArk PAM.
• Scripting: Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and at least one of Bash or Python.
• Networking & Frameworks: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, firewall rules) and familiarity with ITSM frameworks (ITIL).
