JOB DESCRIPTION:

ABOUT T.A.G. CONSTRUCTION

T.A.G. Construction Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based specialist demolition, earthworks, and reinstatement contractor established in 2008. We are BCA-registered (CW01, CW02, CR03), ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 certified, and bizSAFE Star.

We are scaling our active project pipeline and hiring an Assistant Project Manager to own project delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Project Delivery (approximately 50% of your time):

- Own project delivery from mobilisation through to handover across multiple concurrent projects

- Develop and manage the master programme, monitoring progress and addressing slippage early

- Manage project budgets and cost control in coordination with the Quantity Surveying team

- Coordinate sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal resources to meet project milestones

- Manage project risks, changes, and issues; escalate strategic matters to the Director

Client & Stakeholder Coordination (approximately 30% of your time):

- Represent T.A.G. at project meetings with main contractors, consultants, and clients

- Manage day-to-day client communication and reporting

- Attend technical, coordination, and safety meetings

- Prepare monthly progress reports and project updates for the Director

Site & Compliance (approximately 20% of your time):

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety

- Support the Site Supervisor with technical guidance and problem-solving

- Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, PUB Earth Control Measures, NEA disposal requirements, and BCA regulatory processes

- Review method statements, risk assessments, and permit-to-work documentation

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline

- 2 to 5 years of construction project management or site engineering experience in Singapore

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or sub-projects simultaneously

- Working knowledge of construction programmes (e.g. Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools)

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project documentation tools

- Strong written and spoken English for client and main contractor communication

- Willingness to work at active construction sites across Singapore

ADVANTAGEOUS (NOT MANDATORY)

- Prior experience in demolition, earthworks, reinstatement, or civil infrastructure projects

- Experience with HDB, LTA, JTC, PUB, or DSTA projects

- Familiarity with PSSCOC contracts and Security of Payment Act (SOPA) processes

- Class 3 driving licence

- BIM software experience (Revit, Navisworks, or similar)
