Full Time Kitchen Crew cum Barista Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in Two Men Bagel House Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

At Two Men Bagel House, we believe in developing well-rounded crew members. This role is not limited to a single station — you will be exposed to kitchen operations, coffee preparation, customer service, and outlet operations.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with food and people, have a positive attitude, and are willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Kitchen Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to company recipes and standards
• Assist in daily food preparation, portioning, and stocking
• Assemble bagels, sandwiches, and menu items consistently
• Ensure ingredients are stored properly and rotated according to FIFO practices
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workstations
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
• Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements

Coffee & Beverage Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Operate coffee equipment safely and responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines and beverage stations
• Assist with daily calibration and beverage preparation when required
• Ensure beverage quality and consistency during service

Front-of-House Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and process payments
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer enquiries
• Ensure the dining area remains clean and presentable
• Support customers with their dining experience
• Handle customer feedback professionally

General Outlet Responsibilities

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Support opening and closing duties
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and presentation standards
• Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors
