Full Time Warehouse Admin Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Peri-dent Star Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Receive and verify incoming goods against delivery orders, purchase orders, and relevant documents.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and arrangement of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in monthly/annual stock take.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and shortages.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO procedures are followed where applicable.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or loss.
• Providing backup and operational support to the logistics team, ensuring smooth coordination of deliveries, transportation, documentation, and warehouse-related activities.
• Carrying out all tasks as assigned by the immediate manager time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Good teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP, Microsoft Office applications, Dagang net, My SST, JKDM system, Invest Malaysia and other related system / applications to logistic is an added advantage
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures and practices

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
