About The Job.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee end-to-end site operations to ensure seamless supply chain performance and delivery excellence.

• Lead daily operations encompassing inventory control, stock management, picking, packing, and dispatch execution.
• Direct and mentor operational supervisors and team leaders to maintain high productivity, safety, and service standards.
• Drive inventory precision through strict FIFO compliance, standard operating procedures, and WMS/TRS systems management.
• Track operational metrics and cost budgets while implementing continuous process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, external suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve escalations and secure timely delivery.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience within the retail, FMCG, wholesale, or distribution sectors.
• Proven track record in logistics planning, inventory control, and navigating Tier-1 ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong leadership capability to guide, develop, and engage operational teams toward performance goals.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills to manage site challenges and streamline processes effectively.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
