Role Description
- An idea-driven & hands-on Marketing generalist with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role
- Has demonstrated ability to use data and performance metrics to evaluate and improve marketing activity
- Highly organized, proactive and self-directed
- Strong professional writing and editing skills
- Proficient in content editing tools and digital marketing platforms
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, membership organizations or events is a plus
Qualifications
- Translate the marketing strategy and priorities into an actionable marketing and communications calendar.
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing and communications campaigns, coordinating briefs, timelines, stakeholders and approvals to ensure campaigns are delivered in line with Club’s brand, Member engagement and business objectives.
- Oversee SEO/SEM/GEO and other relevant channels, with support from the marketing team.
- Own and oversee Member communications, including EDMs, WhatsApp broadcasts, the seasonal magazine, newsletters and annual report content, writing or editing key communications as appropriate.
- Partner with Club departments to develop marketing plans that increase participation in events, dining, fitness, spa, family and other Club offerings.
- Oversee promotional materials for Club outlets and programs, including posters, menus, table cards, signage and other collateral, from brief through production.
- Ensure the Club's brand voice and standards are consistently applied across marketing and communications materials.
- Build presentations and other materials for internal and external communication needs.
- Coordinate external agencies, freelancers, photographers, printers and other marketing suppliers as required, ensuring quality, timelines and deliverables are met.
- Manage the marketing budget, and ensure spending remains aligned with approved priorities.
- Provide day-to-day leadership to the Marketing team, including (but not limited to) work allocation and supervision, quality check, coaching, and performance management.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to deliver internal news and updates that are clear, timely and consistent with the Club’s tone and standards.
