About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations/ Operations Manager (Air Conditioning) to oversee daily ACMV operations, including managing manpower resources for job orders, issuance of equipment and materials for installation work, optimising work processes, improving cost management, identifying innovative technologies, resolving technical issues and handling customer feedback. The role ensures operational efficiency, service quality, cost control, team management and customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

·       Operations Management

o  Oversee day-to-day air conditioning service and project operations.

o  Plan, schedule, and monitor installation activities.

o  Optimize manpower allocation and resource utilization.

o  Develop SOPs for installation works.

·       Team Leadership& Supervision

o  Lead and manage ACMV technicians, supervisors, and support staff.

o  Conduct performance evaluations and training programs.

o  Ensure team compliance with safety standards and company policies.

o  Motivate and develop technical teams for high performance.

·       Client & Vendor Management

o  Maintain strong relationships with clients.

o  Address service complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

·       Financial &Administrative Control

o  Prepare operational budgets and cost estimates.

o  Monitor expenses and control operational costs.

o  Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

·       Compliance &Safety

o  Ensure compliance with ACMV regulations and safety standards.

o  Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.

o  Maintain proper documentation for regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Certifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in ACMV operations
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

Technical Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Split AC, FCU)
• Familiar with local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Strong coordination skills in managing multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changes
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
