Responsibilities
Location: Lavender mrt
Salary: $3600 - $4500/month
Contract: 1 year - renewable/convertible to perm based on performance and business needs
Working hours: 9AM-6PM, Mon-Fri

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to support safety programmes, risk management initiatives, and learning development activities across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer safety-related programmes and initiatives.
Support the appointment and engagement of designated safety representatives and stakeholders.
Organise workshops, learning sessions, and community engagement activities.
Assist in the analysis, documentation, and reporting of safety incidents and trends.
Support the planning, tracking, and administration of workplace safety training programmes.
Develop and maintain training resources, learning materials, and e-learning content.
Research best practices and emerging trends in workplace safety and risk management.
Prepare communications, advisories, and awareness materials to promote a strong safety culture.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in any discipline.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
