JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) SCM Functional Consultant to support end-to-end implementation, solution design, testing, and ongoing application support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across D365 F&O Supply Chain Management processes and the ability to work independently with international customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end D365 F&O SCM implementations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 F&O solutions.
• Configure and implement SCM processes, including: Sales & Marketing, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Master Planning, Advanced Warehouse Management, Inventory Management
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and Conference Room Pilots (CRP).
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support D365 F&O application maintenance, operations, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business users to understand challenges and deliver practical solutions.
• Configure security, access controls, processes, and system options.
• Perform data mapping, master data validation, and support data migration activities.
• Lead or support solution, unit, and business acceptance testing.
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and provide usability guidance.
• Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance D365 F&O functionality and integrations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Communicate solutions clearly and support business acceptance.

Key Requirements

• 3-4+ full lifecycle D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) SCM implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with D365 F&O SCM modules and configuration.
• Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of Production/Manufacturing, MRP, Project Management, and Accounting is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with international customers.
• Strong experience in solution testing, data validation, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
