Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Treatments:
Administer hair removal sessions using approved tools or machines (like wax pots, /IPL devices)
Consultations:
Assess skin and hair types, explain procedures, and set realistic expectations.
Safety & Hygiene:
Sterilize equipment, sanitize treatment rooms, and ensure client comfort and safety.
Aftercare & Records:
Provide post-treatment instructions and log session progress in customer files.
Sales & Service:
Handle inquiries, recommend suitable packages, and upsell retail products.
Requirements
Skills:
Steady hands, good eyesight, and strong communication skills.
Certifications:
Basic secondary education; certifications like CIBTAC, ITEC, CIDESCO, or WSQ beauty diplomas are a strong advantage.
Training will be provided
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Self-motivated and with high level of initiative
Able to work retail hours and weekends + public holidays
