Job Scope
- Handles fundraising and capital strategy
- Maintain good relationship with bankers and investors
- Evaluate and structuring optimal short-term and long-term funding plans to meet aggressive capital expenditure requirements.
- Monitor debt capacity, covenant compliance, and overall capital structure health across the portfolio.
- Conduct industry research and peer analysis within the data centre and digital infrastructure sectors to strengthen investment narratives.
- Loan facility management and reporting
Salary
Maximum RM6,000
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
