LOCATION: LUCKIN COFFEE @ JAYA ONE, PETALING JAYA

Job Summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving beverages in accordance with Luckin Coffee’s standards while ensuring a high level of customer service and store cleanliness. This role supports daily store operations, maintains hygiene and safety standards, and contributes to a positive team environment. The Barista is expected to deliver consistent product quality, provide excellent customer experience, and uphold company policies at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare & serve beverages in accordance with Luckin Coffee's recipes, standards and presentation guidelines.
• Uphold strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the store, ensuring all areas, tools, and equipment are sanitised and well-maintained at all times.
• Provide friendly and professional customer assistance, addressing any issues calmly and courteously.
• Support overall store operations, including restocking, inventor checks, and assisting team members when needed.
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and health and safety regulations consistently.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and strong attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements:

• Local Malaysian only.
• 18 year old and above
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and discipline
• Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an added advantage

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
