Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EngageOne Developer to design, develop, customize, and support customer communication and document composition solutions using OpenText/Micro Focus EngageOne. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality transactional and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using EngageOne for customer communications and document generation.
• Design and develop document templates, layouts, forms, and communication workflows.
• Work on transactional documents, statements, invoices, letters, and customer correspondence.
• Configure and customize EngageOne applications based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain templates using EngageOne Designer/related tools.
• Integrate EngageOne solutions with upstream and downstream applications.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and production support.
• Analyze technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand document and communication requirements.
• Support deployment of EngageOne applications across development, testing, and production environments.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development standards.
• Participate in enhancement, migration, and application support activities.

Must Have

• 3–6 years of experience in EngageOne development.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText/Micro Focus EngageOne.
• Strong experience in document composition and template development.
• Experience working with customer communications / CCM solutions.
• Good understanding of document generation and formatting.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, HTML/CSS or similar document technologies.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with application integration and data processing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with EngageOne Designer / EngageOne Server.
• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or telecom environments.
• Knowledge of Java, APIs, REST/SOAP, XML and JSON.
• Experience with batch processing and automated document generation.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with production support and incident management.
