Responsibilities

Our esteemed client within the community setting is seeking to hire a Clinical Psychologist to join the team!

Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to support intake, intervention planning, placement, and progress reviews.

Deliver psychological interventions and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) for adults with developmental disabilities, addressing behavioural, emotional, and mental health needs.

Develop and implement individualised intervention plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, caregivers, and external stakeholders.

Participate in case management, care planning, case conferences, and transition planning to support clients' functional and quality-of-life outcomes.

Provide consultation, coaching, and training to staff and caregivers on behavioural management, emotional regulation, communication strategies, and person-centred support.

Contribute to programme development, service improvement, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives using evidence-based practices.

Support the development of consistent behavioural and psychological support practices across disability services.

Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, assessment reports, case notes, and service records.

Monitor service outcomes, prepare reports, track KPIs, and support audit and quality improvement activities.

Attend multidisciplinary meetings, professional development programmes, and clinical supervision to maintain professional competency.

Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements:
A recognised Master’s degree in Applied Psychology, such as Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Educational Psychology, from an accredited university.

Registered with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP).

Relevant experience working with individuals with developmental/ intellectual disabilities is advantageous.

Strong commitment to person-centred, dignity-based, and quality-of-life focused disability practice.

Able to work across different service settings, agencies, and client profiles.
