Full Time Quality Engineer (M-E - HVAC) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Lufter Selangor - Maukerja

Education and Experience:

• A Minimum Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or other related discipline required
• At least 1-year work experience in Engineering Discipline
• At least 2 years work experience in Quality, Quality Assurance, Quality Control or related role
• Good understanding of ISO9001: 2015 standards
• Good Knowledge in HVAC design, psychrometric chart, thermodynamics is an advantage
• Excellent computer literacy, able to execute Microsoft Project is an advantage

Accountability:

• Assist to establish and maintain processes to develop robust standard operating procedures (SOPs) and relevant documents for construction works.
• Review the existing processes and documents periodically. Propose improvements deemed necessary.
• Conduct trainings to new employees so they are aware of Company’s quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOP), general site requirements such as safety, housekeeping, and other relevant documents.
• Conduct trainings to relevant personnel when there are updates in procedures or documents.
• In order to ensure SOPs and quality plans are executed as planned, inspect work in progress at sites periodically to ensure conformity of material and works according to specifications and planned requirements.
• Prepare reports to communicate findings, raise Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and perform Root Cause Analysis on works that do not meet requirements.
• Analyze, evaluate and identify opportunities to rectify issues. Proactively work with team members in seeking practical approaches to prevent predictable occurrences and recurrences.
• Support gap assessment/closure, corrective actions, and compliance remediation.
• Ensure that company documentation and records comply to ISO 9001: 2015 and Company standards at all times.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
