JOB DESCRIPTION

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work.

• Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site

• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors

• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works

.Handling technical and engineering problems on site

• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site

• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work

• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk Job

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture from a recognized institution

• Minimum 3 year of local working experience in residential building projects

• BCSS certificate is a must.

• Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations

• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry
